On top of that, a translator should take feedback as an opportunity for improvement. The main objective of quality assurance is to improve the quality of the materials delivered to the client. Well, that ought to be obvious from the name alone. However, in many cases it can become a source of disputes, making the whole process painful and pointless. We are of the opinion that quality assurance is not about hunting for translation issues: it\u2019s a great opportunity to share knowledge and creative ideas with other translators.
